Blue Fin Sushi was established in 2007 by chefs with 20+ years of successful experience in the industry. We hand select all the food that we prepare for our customers. If we are unsatisfied with the selection that the market provides, we make it ourselves (ie: our soy sauce and dressings). The food is nothing less than the best, from our crispy hand battered Blue Fin Roll that sits on a bed of white sauce and eel sauce to our various appetizers and entrees such as gyoza, ramen, fried rice, chicken teriyaki, etc. Blue Fin Sushi is Japanese owned restaurant that is dedicated in serving fresh, simple, and delicious authentic Japanese food.
